Human Resources Session – Day Two of ICON 2022

The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is organizing the sixth biennial scientific conference – ICON 2022. The conference is being held at the Korangi Campus from January 20-23, 2022. More than 100 pre-conference workshops, over 40 scientific sessions, and three plenary sessions are also being held at various locations of IHHN.

The Human Resources Department of the Indus Hospital and Health Network (IHHN) is committed to employee learning and development. It operates under the function that these two are integral components of employee performance that contribute towards achieving the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives. IHHN values the potential of its employees and believes in enhancing employees’ competencies through coaching, mentoring, education, and training for maximizing individual potential and operational excellence, which enable individuals to perform their current or future careers successfully.

The Human Resources Session at ICON 2022 took place on Day Two, with Dr. Sunil Gupta covering the topic “Fish Philosophy” at the session. Muhammad Raza Khan who served as the moderator, gave a welcome note to the attendees and introduced the speaker. He concluded the session with a vote of thanks. The session extensively covered how new attitudes develop, performance improvement, and trust increase in the workplace
