Biography: | Dr. Fatima Ambreen graduated from Dow Medical University (Pakistan) followed by a Fellowship in Pediatric Medicine from Civil Hospital Karachi Pakistan. In 2015, I was awarded the Fellowship degree in Pediatrics from College of Physician and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP). At the end of pediatric training, she had joined Children Cancer Hospital and developed interest in the care of children with cancers. She trained under supervision of Dr. Muhammad Shamvil Ashraf at Children Cancer Hospital. In 2017 Children Cancer Hospital merged with Indus Hospital and Indus Health Network (IHHN). She gained valuable experience over the next three years. Now worked as pediatric oncologist to support a growing pediatric oncology unit. She has special interest in solid/ rare tumors of abdomen and pelvis. I want to present a simplified approach to abdominal masses in children which will help all pediatricians for timely referral to pediatric oncologist if suspecting abdominal malignancy |
