| Biography: | Dr. Muhammad Azeemuddin is Professor of Radiology and Head of IR Section, Department of Radiology, Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi. His special areas of radiology are Interventional Radiology and Head & Body MRI. In IR his main areas of interest are IR management of HCC, Hepatobiliary interventions and emergency embolization like GI hemorrhage, hemoptysis, epistaxis etc. He has multiple publications in national and international journals with more than 1221 citations. He is a member of the editorial board of Pakistan Journal of Radiology and Journal of the Pan Arab Interventional Radiology. He is the founding member and Past President of Interventional Radiology Society of Pakistan and served many years as a member of the executive council of the Asia Pacific Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Currently he is serving as the secretary of the radiology faculty at the CPSP. |
