Pakistan continues to face a high burden of congenital urological anomalies with limited structured opportunities for advanced surgical training. This workshop addresses a critical need for skill development and capacity building among local pediatric urologists. By offering direct supervised operative experience and interactive case discussions, this symposium brings immense value not only to participants, but also to the broader healthcare landscape of the region. It fosters knowledge exchange, encourages adherence to evidence-based practices, and aims to build a collaborative community dedicated to improving pediatric Urology in Pakistan.
