Dr. Lubna Mushtaque is Network Head of Quality and Monitoring Directorate at Indus Hospital and Health Network. She is a self-motivated professional with leadership proficiency well blended with extensive health care quality experience of more than 18 years in national and international hospitals. She is a sole enabler of clinical operations with experience of Training and implementation of strategic goals. She is Qualified six sigma black belt with fellowship in health care quality from Ireland. She has also obtained certification in Environmental and Occupational Health from American Association of Continuing Medical Education and completed a course in Patient Safety and Risk Management from the IHI Open School. Her areas of expertise include healthcare systems, patient safety, Quality Improvement, Data Management and QI research project. She has served at various prestigious institutions of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and played an instrumental role in capacity building for quality improvement and patient safety
