Sobia Aftab, Ph.D., was awarded a Post- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology under Fulbright Post Doc Visiting Scholar Award by USEFP, USA. She is a Practicing Consultant Clinical Psychologist; Board Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy, NGH, USA; NLP Trainer, USA; Internationally Certified Addiction Professional; UNODC Substance Use Prevention Trainer and Coordinator. Furthermore, she is the Assistant Editor of PJP, Assistant Book Review Editor of PJCP, and Member Editorial and Advisory Board of various National and International Journals. She is also publishing in multiple journals of National and International repute. She served as General Secretary to Pakistan Psychological Association’s Karachi Chapter and serves as General Secretary for Society for Excellence in Psychology. Dr. Aftab is associated with the Transformation International Society (TIS) as Vice Chairman & Medical/Academic Director. She has developed with TIS founder and chairman, Transformation Wellness Clinics, a multi-disciplinary mental health care system providing quality and standard mental health treatment services to the general community.
