| Biography: | As Assistant Manager in Education and Training, my key responsibilities are: Delivering lectures to the students, lab demonstrations, conducting hands-on training to the newly hired staff, designing OSPE, OSCE, SLOs and Q banks for mid and end semester exams. Including all these I am also involved in conducting the lectures for paramedics including nurses, medical officers and residents on blood transfusion medicines. I am managing the training department of regional blood centers and working as education lead in an education program. |
